August Burn Red, Mengenang David Clapper, Salah satu potret dunia penerbangan Indonesia ~ Afgasforum

August Burn Red adalah band metalcore asal Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States yang terbentuk pada bulan Maret 2003. Nama band mereka berasal dari insiden yang terjadi pada vokalis pertama mereka, Jon Hershey dimana anjing peliharaannya bernama Redd telah dibakar hidup-hidup oleh mantan pacarnya yang bernama August. Kejadian tersebut menjadi pokok berita di koran daerah dengan judul "Agustus Burns Redd" dan akhirnya menjadi inspirasi dan dipakai sebagai nama grup band mereka.

Pada Juli 2009, mereka merilis sebuah album konstelasi dan salah satunya adalah lagu berjudul "Indonesia". Mereka menulis lagu ini untuk mengenang David Craig Clapper (48 tahun), seorang pilot misionaris di Papua yang sama-sama berasal dari Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA. David meninggal dalam kecelakaan pesawat milik Associated Mission Aviation (AMA) jenis Pilatus PC-6 dengan nomor penerbangan PK-RCZ yang menabrak sebuah pohon dan jatuh di Gunung Teibu, kampung Ndundu, distrik Wori, kabupaten Tolikara, Papua pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 9 Agustus 2008.
